1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Atlas Forge AI website and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Atlas Forge AI provides services including website design and development, AI chatbots, automation systems, and custom integrations.

All services are built based on information supplied by the client via intake forms, emails, or discovery calls.

3. Fees, payment & refunds

Setup fees, project fees, and any agreed monthly plans must be paid before delivery, activation, or continued use of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, setup fees and completed work are non-refundable once work has begun.

Monthly managed or hosting plans may be cancelled at any time with at least 30 days’ notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Client responsibilities

5. AI systems & accuracy disclaimer

AI-powered systems are designed to assist with automation and customer interaction, but they may produce incomplete, incorrect, or unexpected outputs.

Atlas Forge AI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses and is not responsible for decisions made based solely on automated outputs. Human oversight is recommended at all times.

6. Third-party platforms

Some services rely on third-party platforms (such as AI providers, messaging services, form handlers, or hosting providers). We are not responsible for outages, changes, pricing updates, or limitations imposed by third parties.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you are granted the right to use the delivered website, chatbot, or automation system for your business.

Atlas Forge AI retains ownership of underlying frameworks, templates, and methodologies that are not client-specific, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Forge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate client information, misuse of systems, or failures of third-party services.

9. Force majeure

Atlas Forge AI will not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, internet failures, natural events, strikes, or changes to third-party services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable, and access to managed services may be withdrawn upon termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
